I have just installed the app from the Microsoft Store. When I run it the orange loading screen appears for a few seconds and then disapears. IE the app terminates. I am running Bitdefender Total security, but it doesn't report any problems. I reinstalled Windows 10 only recently.
What could be the problem?

TI recently (in the las couple of months) had to reinstall Windows 10. I have read all the FAQ suggestions and followed the instructions I received from King Technical support. But still the app refuses to get beyond the orange loading screen before it terminates.

Most likely your device operating system is not up to date so the app is not loading properly on your device. Can you check the Windows Update option to see if it's updated?

No such problem was found in Windows App, so you need to contact Miscraft Support to resolve this issue as the issue is related to your device.
