chocolate box not working

i am still not able to open the chocolate box and facebook only (other device fine) it has an exclamation mark over it and i click it but does not open, i have cleared my cache logged in and out of facebook rebooted computer nothing seems to help, not sure where you get the updates for the game on facebook? it has been like this for two weeks now can anyone suggest anything else? thank you in advance. there is no service error either so it is not that
