Not getting UFO and other boosters for Fantastic Five 7000

Hi,I noticed recently I haven’t been getting my Fantastic Five rewards after I hit 7000 a few times. It has happened to me since this month for about 4-5 times now. U tried to contact support but they were not helpful. Does anyone have this problem?

Also, I have passed 11000 but haven’t gotten the milestone boosters. How do I go about to receive them?

Welcome to the King Community.

Fantastic 5 has some graphics problems which means that even if your team doesn't collect 7000 points, you can see the total score is 7000.

If you show me a screenshot I can explain it to you in detail, also please check HERE if your problem is the same.

Plus there are no special reward available at milestone 11000 so you didn't get the reward🙈

Mine was not the same. We actually already worked hard to get 7000, you can see the team collected a total of 7000 points but I still didn’t get the rewards.

Can you show me a screenshot where your team collected 7000 points so I can understand where your problem is?
