You all took my lives again this makes the third time I had 90 lives last night when I went to bed and I woke up this morning with only 10 this is getting ridiculous quit taking my life give me my lives back

Sorry for the Inconvenience .if you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost, as they've been delivered and cleared from the queue. While it is possible to store in-game messages from your friends, due to these factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee that they will remain on your device indefinitely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.

This is the same stuff you all told me the last two times I did not update anyting it's your all's fault just regenerate my lives and I will be happy I have played this game for years and it just started in the last 3 months I'll pay money so I think should we generate my life I know you can do it thank you

Lives can be lost of various reasons as explained on the thread HERE.

If you lose any purchased items in the game, please contact our Player Support to get the purchases refunded or compensated. Any free items in the game like Lives sent from friends, cannot be refunded or compensated I'm afraid.
