I switched phones & my progress went back to the beginning. Please HELP!!!!

Hello!

I originally contacted SUPPORT because I switched phones & my progress went back to the beginning! I didn't get a response and ended up getting it back on my own!!! Now my issue is, after a game ends, usually we have an option 2 give up or watch ads to keep playing. Well it starts idling, which never happened with old phone..the screenshot is below. I'm hoping to get help this time, PLEASE!

Hello @Jena28 unfortunately your issue has been going on for a year now, and I am not sure it can be fixed without you reinstalling your app. If you do reinstall your app though you will lose all of your boosters.

I'm confused as to WHERE in my post, did I say that my issue was going on for a YEAR??? I bought a new phone 2 weeks ago, reinstalled the game, lost progress, played around with it till I got it back, now I have this idling issue!!😡 Are you a player or a tech support worker? I NEED someone who knows how to fix this problem..I have only been playing since 2019 and NEVER had this problem with my old phone. I'm just trying to find out WHY this is happening & if it can be fixed!

This usually happens with low internet connection.

Maybe you should check your interenet connection.

Sometimes it happens with the device, so try to install the app in another device and ceck whether the probkem is resloved.

HELP I was 4500 level and when i try to sign in to my account in my iph with facebook its not my account.

@Jena28 the issue of people not being able to connect to the app store has been going on for a year, not you have had the issue for a year.

Well it's all fine now cuz I reinstalled it, for the 3rd time, and Its no longer idling nor am I getting a black screen, all problems I never had till I switched phones. They really need 2 figure out a way for us to NOT LOSE BOOSTERS when we change phones! 🙄 Although lm glad my level progress is same, but it wasn't at 1st, which is why I reinstalled 3 times! I HATE playing without Boosters but I don't plan on spending ANY money on a free game, nope!
