Being able to backup boosters and all help to move them to a new smartphone via restore. Now if you change smartphones you lose everything.

The Boosters are saved directly on the device so you can use them even though you are offline or in flight mode.
You can transfer the Boosters with a backup system or cloud when changing device. The options depends on what device you play on and what options the platform offers.
Any purchased items can always be resent to your ne device when contacting our Player Support.
@Gionimis as long as you save your game, level progress and gold bars are transfered to your new phone.
Also as stated in the discussion linked above if you save your game to an SD card then you can also transfer your boosters to your new device.
This method does not allow you to transfer your extra moves, extra lives, and boosters to your new devices because they are not synced with the game servers.Level progress and gold bars should be transferred to your new phone.
Backing up to the cloud only works for boosters that have been purchased from King.
Hello @Gionimis it might surprise you to learn that it is already possible to 'backup' up your boosters. All you have to do is save your game to the cloud, or an SD card.
You also might be surprised to know that your idea has been suggested before.

The studio appears to doing some testing with timed boosters. First a large group of people lost the ability to get regular boosters from collecting sugar drops and got timed boosters instead. Collecting Sugar Drops has been an integral part of the game and a much loved feature where players had the opportunity to collect them and earn free rewards every day. It now appears the studio plans to take it away. Please vote here if you want the studio to bring back this ability.

Many Candy Crush Saga players would like to see more opportunities to win the UFO and Party boosters. How about adding them to the Daily Treat Calendar?
