Game froze, lost streak and GOLD bars!

Its happened twice today my level froze after I beat the level and I had to close out of the app and lost my win and my streak. Before today I had a streak of over 250! I had to purchase two boosters and lost my gold bars too. LEVEL 851 & 859

Sorry for your loss of boosters. Sometimes bonuses can spontaneously disappear when you least expect it.
Try checking if you have a stable connection to the internet.

help!!! Game froze and lost out on 25 bars, it did not refresh . Not fair , please do something about this.
