I have created a new team and sent invites, but one person in my team is unable to join! The following is a message he sent me:

I don't know what the problem is! I've tried logging out, logging in, changing settings, checked Internet for troubleshooting, clicked the invites multplie times, but the fabulous 5 never comes up! I'm still trying!! Aarrgh!!!

If this person is someone who lost the F5 pretty recently, then I'm afraid he/she won't be able to join anymore (for a long time). It's happening to more and more people. Please check this post:
