The games keeps closing during the levels when I play. And I lose my progress and my helps. It has happened multiple times and it is very frustrating. What is the problem!!??? I see where someone else has asked this question and has received no help or answer. I use an iPhone11 and no I cannot play on another device. Will you replace my list items? This is getting old. It has happened 3 times just this evening.
