Why do I keep losing my gifted lives?

Every other day (or so) there is an update to terms - If you look at the dates there really isn't anything different. Are you doing this just to get rid of my gifted lives, hoping that I will spend $$ to purchase some? It is ridiculous! I'll spend money on boosters, but not on lives. If you can't figure out how to post the updates in the game without messing it up for people, you shouldn't post them in the game - post them on the fan page (or here)

Actually, if it keeps asking you to update terms, it sounds like your device is not remembering your apps data. It should only ever ask you to do that once.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
In Candy Crush you get maximum five lives per day. You can play, and lose, five times each day for free. After that you have to pay to carry on playing

Actually, if it keeps asking you to update terms, it sounds like your device is not remembering your apps data. It should only ever ask you to do that once.
