Level 16, 24 sholdn't be a hard level, they are easy. but 12 must be a hard level.

The labeling on levels is made automatically and not manually labeled by the level designers.
This means, based on the most recent player data (how long it takes for players to pass the level) the level gets labeled as normal, hard, super hard etc. And also may get relabeled at some point depending on how fast new players pass those levels.
