can ADMIN add a "LIKE" button... to the "Did this answer the question"
I play on my laptop and I have not been able to move candies now for four days.

May be u try to update the game. Or try to log out, clear cache, reboot your device then log in again.
Hope it can fix .
Me either Sharyn, cleared cache, logged out, loaded the Candy Crush app on windows and still cannot move the candy, I see the cursor, does bonuses but still will not play game.
