Starting a separate thread for this as it is abundantly clear feedback in the dedicated threads is ignored by @Crazy Cat Lad , @LindQ and co.
This is regarding level 11686 which has been made impossible to complete. Please fix this level immediately.
Can it be explained why the original version of the level:
Has had:
A reduction in moves to 24;
An increase in liquorice fencing to three layers; and
An increase in frosting at the bottom to 5 layers.
