I want to leave the team I am in and there is no option to leave

You can leave team if you create a new team or join. click the Fantastic 5 icon, at this point, at the bottom you will find "create or join a custom team.

and to deactivate any feature on your game including F5 you can go to the setting by clicking on the link cog wheel on top of your game map, the. Click on features it will give you the option to deactivate any features that you wish not to participate.

I must mention that leaving your team doesn’t always solve the problem! Often times I’m the one getting most if not all of the 7,000 points oof

If you want to leave the team you are in and join another, you have to click on the icon of the Fantastic 5, at the bottom you will find "create or join a custom team", click on it and then click on enter.

At this point, you can choose the team you prefer. 🍭

Hello Maria just in case it isn't a Fantastic Five team you are referring to please note that there is no way of leaving your Weekly Contest team, Sam's Streak team, or any of the Leader Board teams you might be in.
