Why do I not get my chocolate box and videos?

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Chocolate Box) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

tried all the update clear cache and restart. chocolate box wont open.

The chocolate box had 12 hours before I could complete the last one. As soon as the 12 hours were up, it said OOPS! Time ran out! It would not allow me to play the last part until the 12 hours were up, I had to wait. This is the second time it happened. I have been playing for the last 24 hours if not more so I know I didn't miss the timer being up.
