You must sign out, restart your phone, and then sign back in.

Signing in and out and then restarting is not the same thing and does not produce the desired affect.

Do you play on an android phone, or an iPhone? The only other thing I can think off is that if you play on android trying clearing the app cache, and then restart your phone.

An Adroid... Will try that... This bug has been happening since 2 days ago...

It is interesting you say that Jess, as in the last two days there have been a lot of complaints about issues with the game not advancing to the next level. I wonder if your issue is just another example of King's growing ineptitude.

That's really sad!!! As you can see in the screenshots I've passed 2 lvl and it still not working... Cleaned app cache, logged out, turned of the phone, on, logged in again, passed a lvl, and nothiiiiingggggg :(

Well Jess all I can say is it will be interesting to see what happens when you collect the last two wafers.

In my game I normally get a message asking me do I want to try the Pops again.

If nothing happens when you collect the last two wafers it would point to an issue that only King can fix
