If I paid for the ad-free version years ago, can I downgrade to the original?

I don’t get any options to watch ads for lives or boosters while everyone else I know does. I’ve been told that it’s for “testing” and that only “certain”’players get these options. However every single family member and friend that I know that plays this game gets all of that. I am the only one that doesn’t. And they’ve all know surpassed me in levels when I’ve been playing more than twice as long. The only other thing I can think of is that I upgraded to the ad-free version 10 years ago when I first started playing. Maybe I can downgrade and see if I get the options?

Thank you for the feedback. AD video is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems.
Keep playing the game, you can get the future back again.

Someone ought to mention to that mod squad member that some of those scripts she uses are pretty stale by now, but anyway...

This topic might be merged into that (bigger) one; but for those who pay, (most of) their freebies get taken away.
Besides the booster wheel & daily treat machine, you probably aren't getting too much else at the moment (for free daily boosters).
And sure, the evidence is anecdotal; but it's always mounting, & should not be ignored.
Thirty-two pages in the big thread (so far), plus a # of similar (smaller) ones (which are easy to find, & including this one) don't lie...

According to your statement, I understand that you are not getting the ad video feature and all your friends are enjoying the feature, it is a bit disappointing for you. As you may have already heard, the ad feature belongs to the test group and not everyone gets this feature together.
The King does not manually determine who will get the feature and who will not, since the system is completely random. Moreover, we do not have or have never had an ad-free game selection system, so you can be sure that no selection is affecting this feature for you.😊
However, keep playing the game, we can assure you soon you will find some new features in your game.😍
