Well I just finished collecting the green candies and only was awarded one color bombas you can see in the picture that I took after finishing the task. I hope that you or the Game team can fix this and give me whatever the correct award is supposed to be.
like I said in previous message it is unfair only to get one color bomb when the picture even says a sweet bundle of boosters. One color bomb is NOT a bundle of boosters. I am very frustrated. I have several user profiles for the game and is only showing one color bomb on those as well. I will post more screen shots later. I can send you or post my user ID number if that would help your game team. I just recently installed the candy crush saga game so it is up to date and am using an iPad if that helps out for troubleshooting. I hope that this can be fixed soon, Also no one ever answered why I don’t have the season pass available

The first post says it will be green candies this week but it's not for me. Why do you put this wrong info out all the time?

Same here. I got purple. Always the wrong info here.

Even the prizes are wrong as you can see in my post.I only got one color bomb when it said in the a sweet bundle of boosters as of this post the issue still has not been resolved.

@Tricia55 I double checked and it should be Green Candies in the Cool Treat Collection 6-9 July. Could you please post a screenshot of your event so I can report this?

Why am I in 9th place and everyone has zero when I was in first when that came up.
Everyone I've communicated with has purple.

Hi @Kerrie more important than the purple you are collecting I wonder why your Event is titled Sweet Sailing when that was the name of the last Event.
The Event should be called Cool Treat Collection.
@Crazy Cat Lad good job we aren't on an aeroplane as we would all be dead with the amount of errors produced by one event

@Alienscar and @Crazy Cat Lad I also have purple and it says Sweet Sailing does not say Cool Treat Collection unless the Sweet Sailing is a separate event.

One mistake @Crazy Cat Lad can be understandable, but when that mistake happens more than once no company can blame it on human error
