I have reset my connect and reloaded my game and it's not bringing me back to 12039. It's actually doing it on both my phone and web versions. And since it gave me the "Fantastic Five" prize for reaching 7000 points, I now will likely have to "burn" my reward UFO to clear 12037 again. NOT FAIR.
This has happened to me before and you guys said that you couldn't reset my progress and get me to where I was. I hope you've fixed this glitch and can get me back now. More importantly, get the glitch fixed in the first place so it doesn't happen again. #bummer...... Grrrrr.

Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
