Uh, WHY was my avatar forcibly removed and changed?!?!?

It’s been my avatar for literally 5 years now. It’s a perfectly generic, non offensive avatar. Today, I go to play Candy Crush, and my avatar has been changed against my will, and I cannot figure out how to change it back. I’ve been through all the Settings options, and there is literally NOTHING there for that.

If I can’t get this FIXED, I will actually finally QUIT. Not even the increasing stupidity of the levels could get me to quit, but THIS WILL. I want MY avatar back……!!!!!! :(

Thanj you for the feedback. Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. 

 Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hi @EFamousE !

I have no idea what could have happened on your King account and why your avatar was reset.

However, you can edit and change the avatar back to any pic you want. Go to your profile in the game and tap the camera icon in the right lower corner. Then upload your pic.
