Hi
I'm on level 4600 and something and in the last few weeks I have come across a problem. These latest levels contain a kind of glass square that covers the sweets below it and the penalty is you cannot swipe the sweets under this "glass".
I leave the helper on in CCS as it can be rather handy to show you the best moves but the helper is now recommending moves I cannot make. So sometimes the end result is while the helper thinks you have a move left, you actually do not and have to end the level and lose a life - is this the intention ? The helper still thinks that you can move these sweets under the "glass" when you cannot.
I'm currently on a nightmare level and I lost 3 lives this morn to this problem - every time the helper showed me more moves which I could not make and every time I had to quit.
Perhaps this is intentional and you want us to use boosters to get out of it but surely the games helper needs to be updated ??

Well, you're talking about crystal candies. If you don't know how it work:
Candies can move under crystals.
Crystals can have up to 3 layers.
If a immovable blocker is encased in crystals, use special candies.
To destroy a crystal, you should match candies under them or use special candies.
Encasing blockers can also encased in crystals.
You say candies CAN move under crystals ?? If I try to swipe the candy under the "glass/crystal" it does not move so maybe we are talking about something other that crystal candies.
Up until about 50 levels ago I have never come across these "glass" encasements before, can you confirm "crystal candies" dont appear until after say level 4500 ??
So again, when I have no moves left but the one the helper is showing me and I try to swipe a candy under the glass, I am unable to move the candy under the glass and so I have to quit.
Why ?
And what are "special candies" ?

You'd save us both a lot of time and effort if you actually played the level in question and see what I am talking about - it would be evident immediately.
The video you posted did not show the player swiping the candy underneath the glass crystal. It showed the player swiping candies around the glass block onto it but not swiping the candy actually underneath the glass block.
Have you actually played the level ?
