I logged into Facebook and lost everything

I had collected 248 gold bars and had played thousands of levels without saving my progress.I connected to my Facebook account and lost all of my progress. I was down by a significant number of levels and my gold bars had diminished to just 1. I looked up my problem here and was advised to log out of Facebook and then log into my Apple account. When I did this, it just mirrored my Facebook progress. I tried logging out and restarting the app again, but everything is gone and reflecting my Facebook progress from several years ago. I need super expert managerial help.

Don't worry, you log out of your account. Please log out and log in Facebook back and see if your progress is saved.
