I've been trying to communicate with customer support. I think they have gotten tired of me. The initial messages were generic. As I pushed, a little personality came out in the messages.
I was looking for information on the impact this change has had on King's revenue. For the hundreds of people complaining on this forum there must be thousands who are also withholding spending and quitting altogether. This bad decision must be affecting their bottom line. I expect this week upper management will discover the mess these people caused. I'm thinking the losses could be in the millions.
This change won't stand. I believe the fact we've seen practically zero messages from King means they know they made a mistake.
Keep resisting. We're going to win this.
This 20 life limit is ridiculous ! They are just money grabbers, constant pop ups saying to add friends, offering a 15minute colour bomb free when you have run out of lives, getting a good board just as you have one go left in a game and now trying to make us buy lives! Had Enough now, take a running jump King !
It has just made
me stop playing and stop buying ANYTHING. I always bought in-app before but I’ve stopped all purchases completely now. It’s had the opposite effect. I’m not going to purchase anything at all if they don’t allow me to play it. It’s a lose lose for both them and us !!
