What happened to the extra moves when you click on give up?
Have been able to get them up until game 6203 and with only 23 moves this level definitely needs xtra moves

@Carol-38 What is going on.
I wish I knew Carol. Of all the changes made by King this is the one that really makes no sense at all to me. The only result that I can see for this test is loads of complaints from frustrated players.
If King are reducing the amount of lives and not giving extra moves what is the point of playing.
That is something I have said already Carol the double whammy of reduced lives and now no extra moves will surely see players leaving en masse.
I can't imagine that even those who can afford to pay or others who struggle to pay would be happy with this.
That is my guess as to what this test is all about. The only thing that King can be testing by removing the extra moves is to see how many buy moves, or how many stop playing. Nothing else makes sense.
Alternatively this could be their answer to the life limit. The change to the life limit has seriously upset people that buy things for their games and I don't think King saw this coming. I think that by removing or changing the frequency of the extra moves and giving people back the ability to send and receive lives they hope to get those people buying again.

Hi Foxy seeing as last time this happened to you the issue fixed itself all I can suggest is that you stop playing other than to collect the Booster Wheel booster and check that the extra moves feature is back in your game. Obviously you will have to play a level once to check for the extra moves, but I would suggest just play the once and save your boosters & lives until the feature is working again.
Itās gone for me too, probably since last week. When you have multiple people reporting the same thing, you might want to have a better answer than it might just be you. Itās not.
I have the moves back on the iPad, after the update.
The āfirst attemptā problem I posted about an hour or so ago seems to be fixed too.
I am now getting moves on my iPhone but not my iPad.
Win 10 as well, update for the app, moves back.
I did just check and I got an update 11 hours ago. Now I have the extra moves. Maybe you could check your update version?

Good to hear this as I also play on iPad, but I canāt check it out yet because of another glitch thatās appeared in the last week.
Every time I open the game, the level Iām on is marked āFirst attemptā, no matter how often Iāve played it before.
I thought maybe this banner was popping up randomly but didnāt mean anything, until I actually passed a level the first time I tried it after reopening the game (but far from my first attempt at that level). I got the 25 points for passing the level, plus the 20 for passing it āat the first attemptā.
So the only way I can rack up 15 or whatever failed attempts to see if the extra moves are back, is to play a level over and over without quitting the game,or else just leave the game open all the time.
Is anybody else having this issue?

It seems the issue is fixed for android users. I am getting 35 extra moves now, since last 2-3 days.
I play in android and win10 microsoft app in computer. In android extra moves are back .
In win10 app only 5 extra moves for 10 GB.
I play on an Android tablet and my extra moves reappeared yesterday (7th Aug)

I have an iphone and itās NOT fixed. Itās probably because people on mobile spend more time and money on the app. People needing a distraction when they are not home like at work or lunch break might be more inclined to pay for the extra moves. My theory

Well fingers crossed for you @Mary_Kay that the issue isn't permanent. So far most people have posted that the issue comes and goes.
I am still waiting for it to come back - the 30 extra moves you can get with 10 gold bars helps pass hard levels -
I still waiting on mine- it use to have extra moves then once I got to level 6203 they left now only get 5 moves for 10 golden bars

I also have this problem with the added extra moves gone on my tablet, but it's still working on my phone, say what!so, if I really stuck I'll play on my phone!
And Today the extra moves option has disappeared again !!! I Give Up !!!!

I have been playing the same aggravating level for an hour now, and won't be able to win it unless I buy extra lives. The problem is, it never increases from five lives when you pay with gold bars. At this point, I should be able to buy 20 to 25 lives now. But it doesn't budge. Can you unstick it?

That is not what I'm asking. I'm talking about when you finish a level unsuccessfully, and it asks you if you want to continue by buying extra lives with 10 gold bars. It starts at five lives, and eventually should increase the amount of lives you can buy for 10 gold bars, but this game is not doing that. It is stuck on five lives only.
Please force to close app, clear cache, log out then log in.
I did that and now I lost all of my progress. It has brought me down to level one.

As of today, I lost all of the possibilities to pass newly released levels. The extra moves in the end are gone, no matter how many times I play and lose a level. The current one I'm stuck on has been played at least 50 times. The game supposed to bring joy and relaxation not the constant stress and anxiety. More and more top players will stop playing with the rate it's been going
I still cannot restore my levels. I have contacted customer service by email.

I too won 6203 the problem is that when you end game after 6203, each time you ran out of points and hit end game you would get 5 extra points maximum 30 with 10 gold pieces. This would happen for each game and it wasn't the first time you hit end game. The fathom xtra points would start over for each game
I get the ads and are used to them, no issues. What has kept me off the game currently is that the ads have become rather stealthy. Do I press the hard to find x? When i do, a screen comes up where its confusing on how to get back to your game. Some ads force you to websites but then you can't get back to the game. I hitā¦
I went up to level 483 and reinstalled it after deleting it. Now it won't come back with my account. Please help me get back to the same level I was before.
