@Deryck Have you heard anymore about a fix for merged accounts. I tried to log on to another account using a a different device with a friend and it happened again. It merged into the other device. It is really weird how i have used different game accounts and ne’er had a problem and now they keep getting merged.I clear the cache history and log off the accounts.

I contacted you on August 4th about missing my avatar among other things. After playing numerous levels I still have a question mark under my profile and am unable to receive any lives from friends. I really don't want to reinstall the game as I lose everything Ive earnt and purchased. Please can you do something from your end?

Hello Linda, unfortunately there isn't anything I can do from my end as I do not work for King.
This forum is just a collection of candy crush players that just try to help eachother, we don't have any official status.

Try signing out of your game, restarting your device and then signing back into your game. Once you have signed back into your game play any level and see if that fixes your Avatar.
unable to receive any lives from friends
The recent changes to the Inbox means that if you have more lives available than you are allowed to store you will not receive any more lives from your friends.
