Help me with my saved progress please
Hello, I'm Amanda. I am signed and through my Facebook account to save my progress on my games my Facebook account was hacked had to create a new one so therefore I lost my game progress by having to create a new Facebook now it is making me start all over from level one when I was on level 167 how do I get my progress back from having to create a new Facebook account?

Hello @amandajo I don't use Facebook so I could be wrong but I think all you can do is contact Player Support and ask them to manually reset your game to the correct level.
Here is what @Crazy Cat Lad advises
Player Support can restore your levels manually!
First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.
Then head over to the Settings in the game and Help Center (the question mark below). Choose a topic and any of the FAQ:s. You'll then find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the article:
Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you and manually restore the levels.
Please remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the subtopic and also mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.
