Why can't I send or receive lives????? This has been going on for a week now.

I take it that it is a major bug problem.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
You can receive Lives up to the inbox limit. When the inbox is full, the Lives sent to you then will not get queued or will be waiting anywhere. They will expire.
Once you have used some of your Lives and made space in your inbox, your friends can send Lives that will go through and reach your game.

Most likely your friends are missing from the leaderboard and that's why you are not able to exchange Lives. Can you confirm if your problem is the same?
