Cannot log in my king acocunt in Candy Crush Saga

Hi there,
I have a King account. Everything was normal when I only played on my mobile phone. Since March, 2022, I purchased a new iPad, I logged in my King account on my iPad and iPhone. Since then, my game always sent me notification that my devices : There was a connection error. Try again in a bit. I have deleted game on iPad, logged in with FB account but it did not work. Please advise if there is any way can help me fix this.
