Need help after my game crashed.

Game crashed came back in and all kinds of my levels were gone and I also purchased the candy special twice today so I had gotten very far. I also can’t use the rest of my candy special unless I want to replay all of the levels I already passed and some took forever to pass. It is a waste of money. I emailed the game is there anything else I can do?
