Transfer to new device

Hello

I need help tranferring my old profile to a new device as I lost the access to the old device.

My ID on the old device was * and I was up to 5,700 levels plus. I had set up the game a long time ago and I think that was the ID name. The ID could have been my current e-mail. In any case, are you able to search your database and see if my ID comes up and help me access it from my new device?
