Is it possible to talk to someone from King.com? I asked about getting gold bars from Pot of Gold and I got a generic e-mail. They just tell to go to the forums. Has anyone talked with a real person?

The community is helpful but I would like to have actual answers. You fill out the form and then nothing happens.

Player Support is really odd in the way that it works Oggie.
When you email them with your problem they always respond with an automated response that directs you to this forum.
To get any actual help from a real person you have to reply to the automated response that you get stating your problem again.

A lot of people complained about not receiving their gold from the Pot of Gold event, but generally King do not replace items that are won from playing the game.

There are multiple other threads about this topic. Majority of players are unhappy and upset.
Community sometimes could provide a better answer than game support. Unless it's something you'd rather keep secret or you'd like to report a bug/exploit.
The other benefit of posting here is it could help someone else or let other players share their opinion.
