Player Support is really odd in the way that it works Oggie.
When you email them with your problem they always respond with an automated response that directs you to this forum.
To get any actual help from a real person you have to reply to the automated response that you get stating your problem again.
There are multiple other threads about this topic. Majority of players are unhappy and upset.
Community sometimes could provide a better answer than game support. Unless it's something you'd rather keep secret or you'd like to report a bug/exploit.
The other benefit of posting here is it could help someone else or let other players share their opinion.
So, what's the matter?
