Candy Crush Saga doesn't show my real level & sync new progress to other devices.

As it displayed, my current level is 726, but, actually I'm at level 972. Moreover, CCS doesn't sync new progress to other devices: For example, I got to level 973 on device A, but it would still 972 on device B (logged in with the same account).

    Hi @vuduyan8 and welcome back! 🤗

    In this case, you need to contact Player Support directly to get them back on track.

    Contact them directly from your device, in this way they will be able to trace your Game ID. Choose "problems with my game" and "game didn't save".
