I'm still waiting to receive my first party booster for qualifying in the Candy Cup Challenge

I claimed my reward for reaching first position in the finals of this challenge yesterday but have not received my party booster today. It is now 16.30 in the UK and all my friends have now received theirs in several different countries with wide time differences. I know it has not been added without my knowledge as I have had the same total in my inventory for at least 2 years. I have logged in and out of the game several times and shut down my PC. This is very disappointing as I have played day & night for weeks hoping to make it to the end which I have done. It now looks as though I will miss out on the remaining 29 days of receiving my rewards.

Thank you for your patience. Today is Party Booster Rewards coming, and make sure you open the Game every day and the Game is updated.If you miss a reward from any other feature, please report this to our Player Support Team here and tell your Game ID there.
The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.

I have still not received my first Party Booster Reward, and so was not surprised not to receive the second one today. I have filled in the form on the Community page several times, but I just get a bounce back email asking for all the details. I do this and send, but nothing happens except to receive another blank email. 30 party boosters are a lot to miss out on when playing the challenge for 4 weeks and getting the screen that said I would get the first party booster the next day. My PC is updated every day. Please help resolve this problem.

Are you sure these Party Popper boosters also are being added automatically for people who just play directly through FB @kiara_wael? For people who don't use mobile devices, or the Win10-app? I wonder if maybe a part isn't completely activated? Hope you know what I mean. and I hope you will be able to help Hazel Askey out here.

This is confirming my "theory" about the problem. It's logical you can only claim once of course, but it doesn't seem to work for the regular FB-platform (PC/laptop). So people who don't have the Windows10-app, and don't have a mobile device, they shouldn't be left out of it, they've also earned it.
