Hello @Jeannette6713 the issue has been reported, but unfortunately there is no solution for the issue yet.
Have you tried pressing the back button to see if that works to close the pop-up?
When will the freeze issue on candy Royal and booster purchases be solved? Note there are multiple reports. Impossible to progress when u have to drop out and reboot constantly. Apparently if u buy boster bundle you continue without freezing.. .
After I play a round, and possibly after a booster ad, it goes to this interim screen and freezes. The music keeps playing, but the screen won't go away. I have to close the app and reopen it. The problem just started recently.
