Game glitching during candy royale?

I was at the end of the candy royale and it acted like I lost the level instead of winning it. It also took away my streak. I was cheated out of like 60 gold bars. Has this happened to anyone else? I submitted a help request, but not sure how that will go.

Thank you. I didn't see a comment about being reimbursed for spending gold & losing the gold bars we should've received. Maybe I missed it?
