What happen as I was 7600+ with plays just purchased before I signed off last night, signed on today and at level 1??? where's my prior status??? PLEASE HELP

I kept restarting game & finally got my original level and items! This is frustrating as I had to restart game at least 6-8 times before my original level got reinstated. I am still losing lives if game sticks or restarts--- I lose all lives that has been sent to me as well as losing the level count playing which means I don't accumulate lives which stack to help me on a level..... I wish the restarting or sticking would get fixed as this as been going on for at least year or more.
