I had the Queen herself replying to me hahaha! Her advice was to change of platforms because King does not have control on what happens on the Facebook plateform. Go to Win10 or play on mobile.
I will get my old mobile repaired when I will have gone back to work fully, to play with that account on a more regular basis.

Lives are saved until my computer looses the connection as it is switched off or on sleep mode. Then when I connect again, I have to agree to the T&C and then the life stock is erased. And I have to go through all King various "learning" screens (how to add friends, how to send lives, what is a bombshell etc). It's as if I had never played before, except that boosters and gold bars stocks are saved.

My mobile phone once had the problem of "Meta" being unable to log in, and it didn't improve after waiting for 2 days. When I tried to uninstall "Meta app" and reinstall it, everything returned to the original state.
