I removed "Meta" from my phone and reinstalled it. I have a friend who is in the same situation. After trying it, it was effective and his problem was solved. You can give it a try.

Oh yes but this is on my PC. I do not want to use my two CCS profiles on the same phone. I do not want to endanger them.

Yes, having two CCS accounts on the same device is risky.
If there is a problem with your computer's Meta, please try "Start"-->Settings-->Applications-->find "Meta"-->Remove. After shutting down for 2 minutes, re-download and install Meta.
