You should've created a King account and linked it to your Facebook profile. If the latter is inaccessible, then it's most probably not going to work now.
Don't give up on trying to get help from Support. The initial reply is usually a canned one with general instructions.
What level were you at anyway? Perhaps you should consider starting over.

It is possible to restore your level manually, but you must connect the game to a King account.
