Actually - I just checked my spreadsheet and also your profile and you already have all the badges. 200 levels in a week is the highest we go and you already have that badge as well as the other ones below that.
We have no plans to add any additional badges for the levels in a week - but you did a great job.

This is something we do here in the community and it is run and monitored by the GMs. You did an incredible job, but for the majority of the players even 200 levels in a week is hard to accomplish, especially for those players at the higher levels. Also, there are quite a few players that are either at the top or close to the top of the map, where they canโt play 200 levels in a week, unless they stop playing for a few weeks, so we think offering a 200 level badge is a good compromise.

Congratulations, you have done great. These badges are not given automatically, but are given thru a manual process so it can take a few days. Also please remember we GMs are volunteers, so a lot of us still have jobs, family, etc. so it may take a little longer to get players their badges (we have to pass the info to actual King employees) and prizes.
