Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.
In the meantime, we didn't want to keep you in the dark. We're actively working on fixing the issue as we speak! While we work our magic behind the scenes, here's a little tip we've picked up along the way.

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
Play on. Watch ad gives black screen again. This ends the game.
I have to exit Candy Crush completely and restart game.

Don't play ads for now until they have fixed the glitch. There is nothing any of you players can do.
When the level end and ich want new live because it is not finished, i want to see advertinsing. But the mirrow is black and i must close the level...

Update: this afternoon everything was working great and back to normal. But the problem returned this evening.
Same problem with black screen when playing ad. Must exit the game and forfeit current game.

Are you not able to watch Ads for extra moves at all OR you used to have them but you do not have the feature now? OR the Ads appear, but you are not able to click on "Watch"?

The option to watch ad videos in the game had some issues and the issue was already reported. The game studio is also working to fix the issue and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

I have to reboot my phone
I was hoping it would start working but itās been a few days and not working right. When it says watch ad it doesnāt show what moves you get and the screen turns black. I have been playing Candy Crus for years. Please help, thank you.

As seen above; the video is blank and you have to reload the game to play again. Whatās going on?

No ads free move
Black screen right after selecting view ad (at the end of game)- and to get extra moves.
Don't get a black screen while choosing to view the hot air balloon ads.
I play on Google pixel 6 phone.
I've tried clearing the catch then powering off and turning the phone back on nothing helps.
When choosing to view the ad you get a black screen that you can't get out of and have to close the game. You don't get to finish a game. This started for me yesterday or maybe the day before.

At the end of the game when I used to be able to watch ads and get extra plays now I only get a black screen and have to close out
Ad was blacked out and lost my streak and all the gokd bars i was supposed to get afterĀ completing the level. Tryed it a second time and it did the same thing. So not only lost my place but all the boosters I've used too.
The same thing is happening to me. I touch the watch ads option and get a black screen, losing the boosters I used. I would like to get them back please.
Yes! Same here. And it did it 2 more times after that so i stopped playing. In the mean time also lost all my boosters, lost my streak of over 300 games competed on first try and was 1st in the championship race, and was about to earn over 30 gold bars for completing the other race after finishing that level. I'm not happy.
Now 14004 is having extra play commercial issues. : /

Can you try restarting the game once, if that fixes the problem?
This is a game changer for me and I'm less likely to play. And yet out of the blue I got at least an hour of unlimited games but no use to me as stuck on a extremely hard to crack level
Each time I start aĀ new Episode Race, it immediately shows that someone hasĀ already finished the race, which isĀ impossible. And yes, itāsĀ the same players EVERY SINGLE TIME. Iāve playedĀ nearly fourty rounds, and the same person winsĀ instantlyĀ as soon as the race begins. This isĀ completely unfair. I canāt compete normally,ā¦
1st, look how TERRIBLY MISERABLE my map is. My gold of 1500 within like few weeks, just thrown away uselessly cuz of "every single" SUDDENLY APPEARING EXTREME TERRIBLY HARD levels as "real real" HELL, literary deleating 10 ~ 600 gold in 1 GAME, & now hearts too ššššš. So as U can see my 1500 of gold dropped to 1 within FEWā¦
