Why don't I get to use boosters

What do you mean you don't get to use boosters?
There are 2 types of boosters.
- Pre-level boosters (colour bomb, striped and wrapped, fish, wheel, target) that can be activated before a level starts by tapping them (a check mark appears); and
- In-level boosters (switch, hammer, UFO, striped, party booster) that can be used while playing a level and before running out of moves by tapping them and confirming your choice.
What exactly seems to be the issue for you? Do you see your boosters in your inventory when you click on your profile?
