Multiple Crashes in the Last Week

I have been playing for awhile (I am on level 5102) with no issues, then within the last few days I lost 10 gold bars when the game crashed after paying for extra moves. Then last night ALL of my boosters are gone. What gives? My ID is 6933425955. Thanks!

They'll not only lose their items but they could lose their progress too if it's not saved. In addition, their chances of getting help will also decrease.

Do you have automatic updates? They released an update yesterday which supposedly fixes the black screens when watching ads. No idea what's the situation with the loss of boosters - others have also reported it.

Check if you have a pending update and get it. Relog into your account, restart the game and do an easy older level. Just don't reinstall the game. Hope you get everything back.

In any case, you can message Support from inside the game app.
