No badges, missing chocolate box rewards

I haven't gotten my 3000 badge and never received previous milestone level badges either. I've tried all the suggestions but am dismayed to say I am bachelors still. To add insult to injury, twice in the past week and a half, an "oops! server error has occured" message came up when I tried claiming my chocolate box. Why is this so hard? These glitches really turn me off the game.
