Sam Streak Rewards Collect Beads

I did not receive my reward for the second time this month. Would someone in support please assist me with my rewards?

If I had an issue in the past , King support verified my final standing and sent the reward.

On Friday, November 4th and Friday November 18tj I finished SamStreak in the number one position. I saw the claim posted on my account but I was unable to claim the reward. Would someone please send both rewards.
