Boosters and extended play

My time and boosters keep disappearing. I used to be able to sign out and come back and they would still be here. This time I only got about 10 mins. I stepped away from the comp and it went into sleep mode. and when I refreshed everything was gone. This is so frustrating, it has happened multiple times
