Can't download Candy Crush Soda Saga from Microsoft Store

When I go to get the game Mircrosoft says I own it and to press the install and play button. I do this but nothing happens except for some flashing messages at the bottom left hand corner of my screen. establishing connection, connecting and something about web vortex. It is to quick for me to get the full details. I am up to above 950 in the game and will lose it all because of this. Can anyone suggest what I can do.
