Does not connect completely

1.Why ithe game does not completely connect to internet. My gold bars does not show and therefore not available.

2. Why the levels are so hard now? Cannot pass without boosters or gold bars. Is the game only for those who buy boosters or gold bars????!!!!! That is a shame!

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

or  Please report this to our Player Support Team here. and tell your Game ID there.

It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. Are you able to try signing out of your account within the app and signing back into it?
