No, she is the Community Manager and actually she is always rather nice in her replies and help, but there is only so much that moderators can do. They can only report back to the bosses. I wish she would report all this back, but it is weekend now, usually the moderators take the weekends off. Or switch on the bots to delete anything foreign.
Yes, I’m a high level player. I’m now at 13876! AND to climb that high, I admit I have spent a lot! I play with Gulnur, Giau, Gustavo, Wenche, Rosy, Volly, jrcam, Nahla, Tatyana etc. These players are good. Now, I have to say goodbye to them.

Is this another short term issue?
I just sent an email to support. I wrote that this portrait mode is forcing me to quit playing and thanks to it, it also forces me to keep my money in my wallet.
